I finally gave one to my mother as a gift and it doesn't work.....she tried unplugging it and plugging back in and it won't work....who can I contact to get a different one.....mine works fine and another i purchased works fine.

The weight of the item is great with helping keep the heat right on the spot I want it. The heat of the pad is awesome. The combination of the heat and massage really helps loosen up tightened muscles.

I love my XXL heating pad. Whatever part of the body you're using it on it will definitely cover plus some. The heat is calming and well distributed through the pad.

OK - just OK. Love the size and the heat. However, I'm disappointed in the massaging mechanisms and also the loudness when running.

My wife loves it. It was just what she needed this winter!
